Sunnymeads railway station is a railway station serving the now defunct village of Sunnymeads in Berkshire, England. The station is located on the line between Windsor and Eton Riverside and London Waterloo. It was built in 1929, and has been un-manned since 1946. Services to the station are operated by South West Trains.

Once aboard the train, the customer will have to find the guard, and, if the guard has the ability to sell you one, a full ticket can purchased with the amount already given for the Permit to Travel taken off the price of the new ticket.

It has one island platform and a walk-over bridge to get there from Acacia Avenue and eventually Welly Road. There are no parking facilities or cycle facilities as it is situated at the end of a private road so walking is necessary. There is a help-point for customer information and visual displays of live train arrivals. This station is covered by CCTV which links to the South West Trains security centre in Wimbledon.

[edit] Service

The fleet of trains used on this line are Class 450 Desiro units. Services run twice an hour in both directions. The average journey time from here to London Waterloo is 50 minutes.
