Sunil Louis

Sunil Michael Louis (born December 12, 1985) is an Indian Junior football player. He played in the Junior South Asia Cup held at New Delhi and received a Best Player Award after being voted best junior footballer of the year 2002.
Sunil won various trophies with St. Catherine FC, E. PThurai Football Association, Kanyakumari, Tirunelveli, Block Buster and Jamal FC Trichy, Karnataka Postal(Bangalore)over the course of his career. During a junior international career that included 21 caps and 12 goals, he played all India Level Football tournaments (including IFA shield, Federation cups, and NFL for Indian Bank), leading the Tamil Nadu team to its victory over West Bengal in 2005, in which he collected the Top Scorer award as the tournament's best player. His second goal against Kerala in the quarterfinals of the 2002 tournament -- a spectacular 60-meter weave through 4 Kerala players -- is commonly referred to as "Best Goal of his career".[who?].
He is also considered one of the Tamil Nadu Football's most controversial figures. Sunil was suspended for 6 months in 2003 inter University match at Chennai, he playing for Bharathidasan University, they began the tournament in similar fashion to their dismal performance in Chennai. In the closing minutes of Bharathidasan's second-round match, against Pondicherry University, Sunil was red-carded after very dangerously pushing an opposing defender, which was his second booking of the tournament and resulted in his suspension from the quarterfinal match of the Tournament and also a 6-month suspension.

Sunil Louis was born in 1985 in a middle-class family in [[[Eraviputhenthurai], Kanyakumari]], Tamil Nadu, a town well-known for its Historical Christian churches. His mother tongue is Tamil. Eraviputhenthurai, a coastal village is situated in the shore of Arabian Sea. E.P.Thurai is geographically located in Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, Tamil Nadu [India].

He is alumnus of St. Judes College Kanyakumari. He has received 3 honorary graduates, Masters in Business Administration from Anna University Chennai in 2007, Master in computer Science from Bharathidasan University Tiruchirappali in 2005 and Bachelor of computers from Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. While he studying, at the same time he played Inter University Football Tournaments for manonmaniam and bharathidasn universities from 2000-2005.
