Sung Linyung

Sung Linyung (Chinese name: 宋連勇)is a former soccer player for Hong Kong. He started his career in China. He had represented China in U-20 and the Olympic team. Before he joined South China, he was a forward with Tianjin in China. After he moved to Hong Kong, he became their utility player playing anywhere on the field. However, he spent most of time as a defensive midfielder. In 1998, he moved to Sing Tao. After he became a Hong Kong citizen, he played for Hong Kong. He played a major role in Hong Kong's World Cup Qualifiers in 1997.
