An acute condition, mostly affecting nine-to-five workers, students and school goers. Characterized by anxiety about the week ahead and a sense of helplessness, it most often occurs on Sunday afternoons and evenings[1][2][3]. It is also referred to as 'school bus blues' or 'Sunday night depression'.
