Sundara Purushan is a tamil film starring Livingston and Rambha in lead role that became a runaway hit and no one expected the movie to do business as it did. Livingston till then, acted only as a villain or a sidekick but the movie did wonders for him and his image. Sundara Purushan also dealt with the serious issue of unwilling marriages but with a comical undertone from start to finish.
