From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Sunbury Court Island is an island in the River Thames in England on the reach above Molesey Lock. It is on the Middlesex bank near Sunbury-on-Thames. The island is entirely residential with about 30 houses on it and is connected to the Middlesex bank by an iron footbridge. It is named after Sunbury Court, a large house built in 1770 on the riverbank behind it.
