"Sunao na Mama" (素直なまま; The State of Honesty) is Mika Nakashima's 22nd single . This single was released on the 14th March 2007 also the same day as her album YES. The B-side "FEVER" is a cover of the song Fever, which was made famous by Peggy Lee. Nakashima Mika's version of the song, which she recorded with bassist Ron Carter, originally appeared on the Jazz compilation album Shimaken Super Sessions in late 2006. This single was Mika's lowest charting single in the history of her career, almost knocking her out of the Top 20.

"Sunao na Mama" only managed to debut at #18 on the weekly Oricon charts and sold 8,682 copies in its first week. To date this is Mika's lowest selling and lowest charting single in the history of her career.
