Sun Prairie High School (SPHS) is a comprehensive secondary school located in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. The school is governed by the Sun Prairie Area School District. Reported to be the largest 1st floor high school in the state of Wisconsin. SPHS is a WIAA Division 1 school. In 2005-2006, The Sun Prairie Area School District reported that there were 166.5 total teachers, 1655 total students, and the student/teacher ratio was 14.2 at Sun Prairie High School.

[edit] Sun Prairie Senior High School
Sun Prairie High School will soon be relocating to an area around Angell Park and the old school will be changed into a combined 8th thru 9th grade Junior High School. The new high school will be able to fit 2000 students & will be partially 3 stories. Below is a detailed map showing where the new high school will be located, and how its convieniant location will fit into the City of Sun Prairie and to the former high school. The new high school is set to open in the Fall of 2010.
