This image is subject to copyright, but I feel it is covered by United States fair-use laws because:

1. It is a low-resolution copy of a CD artwork;
2. It is a subject of discussion in the article.

4. Copies could not be made to make illegal copies of the artwork or CD itself;
5. The image is significant because it was made by a renowned artist, Maroon 5.
