[edit] Date of incorporation

Is there any citation for the claim that Sumner was incorporated 1891? A plaque at 906 Cherry Street, consulted 11 November 2007, says "Incorporated as a City 1901". Perhaps it was incorporated more than once, possibly the first time as something other than a "city"? Anyway, I leave it to someone else with far more konwledge of Sumner than I have to sort this out. - Jmabel | Talk 00:06, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
