[edit] Coaches' Articles

I don't think we should have any of the coaches marked as possible articles. None of them would really be worthy of an individual article, save mckissick. Mooseofshadows 22:44, 16 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Stub

Do we still need that stub marker? The article seems fairly extensive. I'm going to go ahead and remove it, but I thought I'd leave a note here before I did so. Mooseofshadows 02:08, 16 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Band

While I appreciate that the majority of editors for this article apparently come from said band, I think we might want to tone it down a bit to be a bit more on level with the other sports. After all, the other ones only get mentions of state championships, not near-state championships. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mooseofshadows (talkcontribs)

No, the band is now nationally renowned. I changed a few major errors in the band text but I haven't added anything new...However, the band has been INVITED to play at the Midwest Conference; it is THE band convention for the US. It is difficult enough to apply, and the band has been ASKED to perform. This is an honor that only around 15 bands in the nation receive each year.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Silver40596 (talkcontribs)

[edit] McKissick: Fact Vs. Opinion

Where is your source for this assertion? "Maybe McKissick will finally retire since there is no way he will ever win a state championship again due to the new highschool that is being built and the only talent is graduating this year..."

This is just mere opinion/speculation, not fact. May come in conflict with Wikipedia's policies on point of view. Sabine01 (talk) 00:18, 14 January 2008 (UTC) (who also happens to be an alumna: Class of '97)
