[edit] Errors

I have not followed this movie completely, but as I am watching it, I notice 2 glaring errors that appeared in this movie, and they involve the songs:

Machine's "There But For The Grace Of God Go I", and First Choice's "Let No Man Put Asunder", were recorded and released in 1979. If I'm not mistaken, David Berkowitz was already behind bars by that time.

[edit] No Mohawks in '77?

"In a slight glitch, the spiked up and mohawk haircuts sported by Richie probably would not have been seen on punk rockers in 1977. These hairstyles became commonplace from about 1980 onwards but have obviously been added to emphasise Richies punk rocker character"

This makes no sense to me. To the best of my recollection (as someone who went to punk clubs in NYC in '77), mohawks and spiked hair certainly did exist in the punk scene well before 1980. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Psychlist (talkcontribs) 15:41, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Please correct article about no mohawks in 1977

No mohawks in 1977?

Must have been written by somebody who wasn't around.

Check out Robert DeNiro's 'do in Taxi Driver, released in early 1976, which may have started or at least contributed to the mohawk impulse.
