Talk:Sumerian creation myth/Archive

Sumerophile, you simply and unilaterally redirected Ziusudra to Sumerian Creation myth. Apparently to get rid of content you didn't happen to like. The discussion on merging or splitting is only indirectly related to the discussion of specific content. I don't care whether Ziusudra is being discussed here or at his own article, but you should not simply blank long-standing and well-referenced articles. dab (𒁳) 12:25, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

dab, I did exactly what I proposed to do on the talk page. You even suggested a title for it. I even went so far as to remove Ziusdura part by part, with explanation. What was not POV was already in this article.

You did not even vet anything, including the http://www.noah's-ark-flood.com website that was cited on the Ziusudra article! Sumerophile (talk) 16:54, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

And not only is the page now an unedited mess, but nothing has been redirected either, making it a confusing mess. How on earth did you get the talk page disconnected from the article ?! Sumerophile (talk) 17:02, 20 February 2008 (UTC)

I cleaned up what you left, dab. I am also taking the time to redirect the pages which you left off doing.

I have to honestly ask whether you have actually read any of these articles or the discussion at all. You removed the one sentence debunking the historic flood theory and wrote in the summary that you "rm unsourced claim of a "historic" flood". This is the same level of attention you showed in the discussion when you jumped in. Sumerophile (talk) 22:55, 20 February 2008 (UTC)
