Talk:Sumatran Rat-Monkey

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Lots of talk about the Sumatran Rat-Monkey since its cameo in the new King Kong, so I figured it was time it had its own article. I believe it is comprehensive, but if anyone happens to know who sculpted it or did the stop-motion animation for it, that might be informative. -Binder, 21-dec-2005

[edit] Sherlock Holmes link

  • Isn't The Giant Rat of Sumatra one of these untold Sherlock Holmes stories to which Dr. Watson refers in the canonical stories ?Hektor 15:08, 27 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Origin

The movie Braindead never mentions the rats that raped the tree monkeys either being "plague rats", or that the ships they came from were sinking. I believe they mention that they were slave ships, I will watch again to make sure. I believe a contributer to the article has taken liberties that are not supported by the film.146.63.253.183 20:16, 10 August 2007 (UTC)
