One Summit Square is the tallest office building in Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States, as well as the tallest reinforced concrete building in the state of Indiana.[1]
One Summit Square is a 27-story steel frame building standing at 134.7 m (442 feet). It was completed in 1982 and designed by the architects, Kevin Roche John Dinkeloo & Associates, to give the illusion of being two buildings, the adjoining tower housing the elevators. The original plan called for a twin tower, but due to lack of money and the project going into debt, the second tower was never built.[1] On the land where the twin tower was to be built, is currently a community square.
The building is the regional headquarters of JP Morgan Chase in northeast Indiana as well as electricity provider Indiana Michigan Power.
