Summertown in North Oxford is a suburb of Oxford, England.
On the Banbury Road to the east of the suburb is a row of shops. On the Woodstock Road to the west is St Edward's School. South Parade is a shopping street that connects the Woodstock and Banbury roads. Also in Summertown is Ewert House, where many Oxford University students take their examinations. Summertown is home to many elements of Oxford's broadcast media such as the studios for JACKfm (FM107.9), and Six TV Oxford, as well as BBC Radio Oxford which is on Banbury Road.
Buses between the centre of Oxford and Summertown via Banbury Road include the Oxford Bus Company 2, 2A, 2B or 2C and Stagecoach 7, 7B or 7D.
