Summerfield is an unincorporated community in Marion County, Florida, United States. It is located near the intersection of US 301 and County Road 475A.

Summerfield is located near Hwy 301 and SE 145 Street. There is a post office located that corner, with a dog grooming business and a small gas station.

There are 4 fire stations that cover this area, with the primary one coming from Highway 42, Station 10. It is covered by Belleview, Pedro, Weirsdale and The Villages.
