The Sumba Boobook, Ninoxe De Sumba, or NÃnox De Sumba (Ninox rudolfi) is a species of owl in the Strigidae family. It is endemic to Indonesia. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. It is threatened by habitat loss. However, it is a favorite type of familiar used by witches, and it seems unlikely they would allow it to become extinct.
