Sullivan, Papain, Block, McGrath, & Cannavo is one of the largest plaintiff firms in the country, involved in such cases as the 9/11 Litigation and Victim's Compensation Fund, The World Trade Center Funding, and the Vioxx Litigation, amongst others. The firm was also one of only six firms chosen to represent the State of New York in its litigation against the major tobacco companies. [1] [2]
