Sukhmai Seva is a 17 year old association in the service of mankind with registered office in Chandigarh, India. The Smiti was started by Sh. Varinder ji Maharaj and since then the samiti has helped a lot of people by healing spiritually. More than 100, 000 people are associated with Sh. Varinder Ji Maharaj and have benefited a lot both spiritually and mentally.^{[citation needed]}

The inner self whom we also call as the higher self is distinct and different from outer or physical self. Through a process of detachment and spiritual discipline, it is possible to detach ourselves from the physical self and discover the inner self which is hidden in all of us. With this comes an awakening and thus we can rekindle our kundlini and experience the jyoti (light) in our body and attain peace of mind, ultimately leading to end of many problems.

MAGAZINE

Sukhmai Smiti publishes a magazine which enlightens the readers through its articles. On the auspicious day of Shivratri, the second edition of the magazine was released.

As a smiti, it has a vision that is to server Humanity without any prejudice and with compassion.
