Koju Yamazuka (山家 小珠 Yamazuka Koju?) is the prefered alias for Suiren, who is more commonly known as Suiren Shinju.

Suiren is an otaku loyal to Yuu Watase's manga works. She has several accounts over the net, each with the name of Suiren Shinju. The name is of Japanese origin, Suiren meaning waterlily and Shinju meaning pearl. Her true name is actually an english version of Koju Yamazuka in terms of raw meaning. Her real name, is of course, withheld for privacy, but visitors and fans may address her as Suiren or as Emily (her middle name).

A girl from Tsukio’s class who skips out of school more than Senritsu. She’s a party girl with a dark side that got her landed next to Karamaru as his right hand servant. Fashion and makeup are great, but so is unlimited power and money.

Kūkyomaru (空虚丸 Kuukyomaru?)
An ancient demon that wants the world for himself as well as the powers of heaven and hell. He’s a ruthless dark warrior with a fascination for fire and blood. He’s a merciless warrior with a blade so dark it turned black.
Yoshimi Sakuya (咲夜 美 Sakuya Yoshimi?)
Tsukio’s cheery and affectionate inner demon that can manifest her form from his will. She’s fairly civil as far as demons are concerned, but when coupling her power with her temper, she’s very dangerous.
Ranhakumaru (乱魄丸 Ranhakumaru?)
While not actually possessing a human, Ranhakumaru’s spirit serves as a guard and power booster for Sumika. He’s very supportive and caring for his human masters, provided they take Akurei matters seriously.
Miroku Souma (僧眞 弥勒 Souma Miroku?)
A spirit who befriends and serves as a Soul Guard for Tooru. Unlike other Akurei, he's very kind, calm, and helpful in whatever way he can be.

Seireihime

Kin Mikazuki's zanpakutō is Seireihime (蜻蛉姫, lit. Dragonfly Princess). When sealed, it appears as a normal katana and the guard is shaped like a lotus flower. Seireihime's shikai is released by the command "breathe" (息おして ikioshite?) and takes the form of a silver daitō.

Kochōhime

The sister blade to Seireihime. Kochōhime (蝴蝶姫, lit. Butterfly Princess) eventually falls into Kin's hands and is sucessfully wielded along side Seireihime. Kochōhime's shikai is trigged by the phrase "remember" (思い出せ omoidase?) and also takes the form of a silver daitō.

Sōgiya

Takashi Kotsutani's zanpakutō is Sōgiya (葬儀屋, lit. Undertaker). Upon it's creepy release command "mourn the dead" (死でいる悼め shindeiru itame?) it takes the form of a kusarigama. Takashi frequently manifests the spiritual form of Sōgiya, which appears as a figure donned in a black robe. It's similar to the Grim Reaper.
In bankai, Sōgiya becomes Konshi Sōgiya (魂師 葬儀屋, lit. Soul Master Sōgiya) and it's true ability can be performed after the command "retrieve the wandering soul" (延々魂魄取出せ enen konpaku toridase?) which will throw Sōgiya into the dangai to retrieve the soul of a recently departed person (up to twelve hours). This technique requires a large amount of spiritual energy and the wielder will usually end up in a coma for up to six months.
Sōgiya has two known attack techniques, the first being the Tsukiyosō (月夜葬, lit. Moonlit Night Burial). The Tsukiyosō creates a sinkhole in which the opponent is pulled down into the dirt by a half-buried skeleton. The next attack, which usually proceeds the Tsukiyosō, is called Kanetsuki no Bochi (鐘撞の墓地, lit. Graveyard of the Bellringer). Sōgiya emerges from the ground with two small bells attached to the top of its own kusarigama. The attack faces the opponent against Sōgiya, giving the wielder a chance to recompose his strategy.

Uromaru

A water type zanpakutō wielded by Nami Ōzaki, Uromaru (雨露丸, lit. Rain and Dew) takes the form of a dragon made of water when trigged by the phrase "overflow" (溢れろ afurero?). Uromaru's blade actually disappears when released, allowing endless torrents of water to be summoned from the hilt.

Raikamaru

Sakae Kotsutani's zanpakutō is Raikamaru (雷歌丸, lit. Thunder Song). It's released by the command "rage over the electric heavens" (電天に荒れ狂え denten ni arekurue?) and conducts lightning which is then controlled by Sakae.

Fūbumaru

Kaede Wakanabe wields the zanpaktutō Fūbumaru (風舞丸, lit. Wind Dance). The trigger phrase for it is "calm the windy heavens" (風天落ち着け fuuten ochitsuke?). In shikai form, Fūrinmaru creates strong gusts of winds strong enough to cut through rock.
  • Raikamaru and Fūbumaru are similar to the gods Raijin and Fūjin as are Sakae and Kaede.

Yukage

Mariko Yamazaki's partnered zanpakutō is called Yukage (癒影, lit. Healing Silhouette). She triggers the blade's techniques by the phrase "shed tears" (泣けろ nakero?).

Musen

A unique zanpakutō, Musen (夢扇, lit. Dream Fan) is wielded by Izumi Kyōraku. Musen is released by the command "flutter" (靡け nabike?) and as it name shows, transforms into a folding fan. Musen's main ability is its capability of creating illusions to allow Izumi to confuse her opponents.

Tenbin no Koe

A rare type of zanpakutō wielded by Jin Ichimaru. Tenbin no Koe (天秤の声, lit. Voice of The Heavenly Balances) is awakened using the command "hum" (口吟め kuchizusame?). Though young, Jin has mastered both its shikai and bankai.
