| Description |
Looking out over the Little River Valley from the an overlook on the western slopes of the north peak of Sugarland Mountain, in the Great Smoky Mountains of the southeastern United States. Bent Arm Ridge-- an extension of Miry Ridge-- dominates the view. Blanket Mountain rises behind the ridge on the right. The main crest of the Smokies is in the far distance on the left. This overlook is near the halfway point along the 12-mile trail. |
