Sue Walker, Australian politician, is a former Liberal Party member and currently an Independent, who has represented the Electoral district of Nedlands in Western Australia since 2001. She resigned from the Liberal Party and intends to recontest her seat as an Independent politician. As a member of the parliament of Western Australia for the electoral district of Nedlands, Sue Walker has been a representative for the localities of Crawley, Nedlands, Dalkeith, Shenton Park, Subiaco and West Perth. Sue Walker is a British migrant to Australia who was a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and Bachelor of Laws graduate at the University of Western Australia. She utilised her knowledge of law for work within the community which she was able to augment since becoming a member of parliament. Prior to this, Sue Walker had various other occupations. [2]
