Sue Monroe

Sue Monroe is a British children's TV personality, puppeteer and presenter.

Monroe was a presenter for the BBC pre-school television channel, CBeebies, providing pre-recorded continuity links. She joined the presentation team shortly after the station's launch and remained a presenter until March 2006.

Currently, Monroe is the main continuity presenter of the Wakey Wakey strand for the breakfast TV station GMTV on ITV1 (at weekends), ITV4 and the CITV Channel (on weekdays).

She has also worked as a presenter for Radio Five.

Monroe has provided voices and has puppeteered for a number of children's shows, including Poppy in Playdays and Tiggs in The Shiny Show, and also Webster for Cbeebies links.

Her birthday is on 13th November, and has one older sister. She lives in Suffolk with her son, Will.
