Sue Carpenter

Sue Carpenter is a former UK TV presenter. Born on May 17, 1956. She graduated in English Lit at King's College London, Strand WC2, London, in 1977.

Her name is mentioned many times in Bottom (starring Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson), a series of British television comedy programmes. One episode includes a signed photo of her, a fact which, by the way and in itself, has no interest whatsoever.

Sue has disappeared but continues to present Transworld Sport on Channel Four in voice only and a fundamental debate could well be raised as to how much British Television has lost since Sue can't be seen live anymore.
