You said you wanted your background color to be blue. One of the easiest and cleanest ways to do so is to put everything in your user page in a "box" with the border and color you choose (for example, blue). If you like the color of blue I use at the top of my user page and want this as the background for everything on your page, add this code to the VERY TOP of the user page (above everything you have typed):
<div class="plainlinks" style="background-color: lightblue; border: 2px solid #00a5ff; margin: 2em 0 1em; padding: .5em 1em; clear: both; ">
AND add this to the VERY BOTTOM (below everything you have typed):
</div>
Make sure anything new you add to the page is somewhere BETWEEN these two lines of code, of if you don't, they will not have the blue background.

- It doesn't matter if I understand physics. What matters is that you didn't supply any reliable independent sources (see WP:V) to show that this person is notable (see WP:BIO).
