UFC Sudden Impact is a Mixed Martial Arts game for the Playstation 2, which was released on April 21, 2004. It is the eighth Ultimate Fighting Championship game released, and it's the second on the Playstation 2. The cover is former UFC Middleweight, and former PRIDE FC middleweight, Phil Baroni giving a knee to Charles Lewis, currently known as Mask from the Tapout clothing line.
The game has generally received poor reviews from critics, with only two out of twenty-seven sites giving it a better than fifty precent rating.

- In story mode you create your very own mixed martial artist. You start out at a gym of your choosing, a total of eight all together, and you make your way up, spending three years total in training (not necessarily learning the same style for all 3 years). In December of each year you're in an Open Weight Vale Tudo tournament, deciding who the best unknown mixed martial artist really is.
