Sudeoksa is a head temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism. It is located on the southern slopes of Deoksung-san in Deoksan-myeon, Yesan County, in the province of Chungcheongnam-do, South Korea.
Sudeoksa was one of very few temples not destroyed during the Imjin Invasion in the 1590s. Its main hall is South Korea's oldest wooden building, having been constructed during the Goryeo dynasty in 1308. This hall, or daeungjeon (H:大雄殿), is South Korean National treasure 49.
