Daniel Boey ( born december 19, 1965 ) is a fashion show producer, radio, and fashion personality, based in Singapore. Due to tourism being one of Singapore's largest industries, shopping destinations like Orchard Road have made Singapore internationally known for the abundance of high end goods i.e. fashion, jewelry etc. Daniel works with fashion houses like Christian Dior, Loewe, Giorgio Armani, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Tiffany & Co.Vera Wang, and many others to elevate the shopping experience in Singapore as a destination for high fashion /Luxury items.

He is currently creative director of the Singapore Fashion Festival 2008^[1], fashion consultant to Design Singapore, and was responsible for the Singapore Season^[2] Designer showcases in London, Shanghai and beijing.

Daniel was fashion director for the men's fashion magazine "Chrome" from 2005 - 2006 before moving over to Mediacorp's English radio station 987FM as the host of 987fashion^[3]. he is also infamous for his frank and brutal fashion remarks as the resident fashion guru on the show "Muttons to Midnight" on 987 every Friday night.

In 2008, Daniel conceptualized a cross-disciplinary creative collaboration between fashion and furniture designers, a movie producer and a theatrical set designer, which resulted in a project called Blueprint, that made it's debut at the Singapore Fashion Festival and traveled to Milan for the Milan Studio Furniture Fair.

As a personality, Daniel has endorsed New Balance and River Island and is a Motorola(red)^[4] Ambassador^[5]. His moniker "fea(red)" is reflective of his reputation in the industry and the subject of the articles "Who says I Abuse Models" in the Singapore Straits Times and "A Model Tyrant You Should know" in entertainment magazine 8 Days.

An alumnus of St. Patrick's School (Singapore) and the National University of Singapore, Daniel was once described in an interview with Singapore publication "Urban" as being an absolute nerd in school who majored in Geography and English literature at the university. A former varsity swimmer, Daniel is openly anti-drugs and anti-smoking. he once owned a red Doberman named "ah hock".
