To quote Wikipedia:WikiProject Music/MUSTARD on notability: Albums and songs do not have any generally accepted specific criteria. This does not mean that all albums or songs are inherently notable, but rather that each should be decided on a case-by-case basis. The album is on Allmusic, here.
