[edit] Creator's initial idea

I started this wiki because even on my 3rd day of IM sub-i I am still learning what I consider basic information. It is my hope that with the contributions of others, we can expand this wiki to include responsibilities at locals schools which should affect approximately 200 persons a year per school. Of course it is likely that the experience at my school will be "wikified" first, but this may serve as a model for other schools improving their programs or other students to compare their experience.
