There are some people in the industry who think SubZero refrigerators are not quite as good as they are trumped up to be; the article here seems a little bit commercially slanted and biased.

Wow, yeah, this is an incredible advertisement. Personally I think it should be a deleted, and perhaps some NPOV article on the company be put up instead. This is no Wikipedia-class article.

[edit] In Response to the December 2005 Post

The Sub Zero article seemed objective using terms such as "claims to have invented" "professional style" "some people feel" "which is said". If industry statistics are accurate, Sub-Zero's last 17-20 years, other refrigerators about 8-11. The Sub Zero warranty is up to 12 years which actually hurts its rating in Consumer Reports (which is considered very biased in some circles) b/c Sub-Zero customers are more likely to repair their refrigerator rather than replace it b/c the warranty is so long.

Sub-Zero is actually made by Sub-Zero which cannot be said about many brands these days...it's produced in Madison WI and Phoenix AZ. Most Sub Zero owners find that the dual refrigeration system keeps food fresher longer which is a money saver in terms of food spoilage costs. Like most high end luxury brands, there is a reason for the cache attached to that brand.

[edit] History of previous edits

I discovered this article by chance back in December (whilst looking for misspellings of "acquire"). It looked to me like a straight "cut-and-paste" from an advertisement. I added phrases like "claims to have invented" and "some people think" for NPOV. But I'm British, and I'm in no position to judge whether the topic deserves a Wikipedia article at all. So if anyone wants to nominate it for deletion, that's fine by me. CarolGray 08:40, 7 March 2006 (UTC)

It should be kept, as there are pages for most of its competitors.

This should be made part of a disambiguation page, as Sub-Zero is also the name of a character in Mortal Kombat.
