Subrata Ghoshroy is a Research Associate in the Program in Science, Technology, and Society at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Previously, he was a Senior Defense Analyst at the Government Accountability Office. He was born in India and received his Masters in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University in 1973. He joined the GAO in 1998, and has since accused it of improperly investigating a June, 1997 ballistic missile test. [1]
