Simultaneously released with Adrenalin/Distant Dreams (Part Two) Center labels of TG lightning flash logo with white central stripe and Red flash. No Death Factory logo. Message "White Stains" scratched into Something Came Over Me side. Picture sleeve in black and white. Sold in camouflage printed plastic bag. The front cover features the painting Apotheosis of War by Vasili Vasilyevich Vereshchagin.
