From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Subang Parade is the first shopping complex in Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located near Wisma Consplant (formerly Wisma Tractors until 1995). It was constructed between 1987 and 1988. The complex was officially opened by Almarhum Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah of Selangor in March 1988.
In 2003, this shopping complex is now owned by Hektar Group.
In April 2006 this shopping complex has been renovated and has a white theme to reflect a new image. Close to the complex is the main mosque of Subang Jaya, Masjid Darul Ehsan. Situated beside this complex is Carrefour and the Subang Jaya Komuter station.
In the early 1990s, it was one of the longest shopping malls in Malaysia. Currently, it no longer holds this title, but Malaysian are proud of it.
