Talk:Suao, Yilan

[edit] "Taiwan" or "Taiwan Province, Republic of China"?
The use of "Taiwan Province, Republic of China" does not make for an NPOV statement in this article. There are too many political connotations that will surely make in both mainland China and Taiwan bristle. Some Communist pro-unity people refuse to recognize the existence of the Republic of China; other Taiwanese pro-independence supporters can't stand Taiwan being called a "province". But one thing all can agree on is that Suao is a city in Taiwan. This is the most neutral position. Bubbha 08:13, 27 December 2006 (UTC)
Yes I agree. And besides, saying Taiwan Province, ROC, would only make it more confusing.--Jerrypp772000 22:18, 16 January 2007 (UTC)
