Suat "Hugo" Kaya (born 26 August 1967 in Istanbul) was a former Turkish football player, who played as a (diminutive) defensive midfielder.
He is best known for his stint with Turkish league powerhouse Galatasaray (1992-2003), and also played for Konyaspor between 1987-1992. With Galatasaray, other than many domestic achievements, Suat also won the 2000 UEFA cup and the subsequent European Super Cup.
Suat represented Turkey from 1993-2000 (15 caps, 1 goal) and participated at Euro 2000.
As a manager, Suat began with the Galatasaray youth team. Since 2006-07, he served as coach of Gaziantep Büyükşehir Belediyespor.
