The problem was that the Bernard Chan article you posted was copied directly from a website, which is almost certainly owned by the people behind that site. We can't use content copyrighted by other people here on Wikipedia, as that would violate their copyright and is illegal. Citing sources is fine and very much encouraged, but we can't copy whole sections wholesale from the sources.

Much better! You don't have to worry too much about it right now, but there are some things that could be improved. For instance, most wikipedia articles start by bolding the initial mention of the subject of the article.
