Hello To You
A "live-preview digital camera" is basically any digital camera other than a DSLR (or rangefinder). - This is a made up definition. It is also innaccurate since some dSLRs - and an increasing number of them - have Live Preview. That is the problem with making up a term such as was done with 'Conventionally generated Live Preview Digital Camera' - it just becomes more and more innaccurate as technology progresses. --Stujoe (talk) 00:48, 2 May 2008 (UTC)
I have reconstructed the articles pertaining to the neologisms 'Live-preview digital camera" and "Conventionally generated Live-preview digital camera" to eliminate the use of these neologisms. --Stujoe (talk) 21:57, 8 May 2008 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Live-preview digital camera, without good reason. They need to have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. We have some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Also, if a page move is being discussed, consensus needs to be reached before anybody moves the page. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. And more particularly, if a move is needed, use the move mechanism; don't replace the contents of an article by a redirect and make new contents in a different article. Dicklyon (talk) 23:53, 11 May 2008 (UTC)
Don't worry. I will not be editing on Wikipedia any more. I have had enough of made up terms and neologisms that are propigated here. --Stujoe (talk) 19:16, 12 May 2008 (UTC)
