Talk:Students' association
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hi guys, asking out of the blue: isn't student organization redundant with this? --Gennaro Prota (talk) 02:44, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
- Looking at the "student organization" page, my immediate reaction is that it might be better suited to being a category, rather than an article. Then articles on things like SAs, SUs, and SRCs could just be members of that category. (As distinct from the individual organisations which are already able to be in the List of Student organizations.) – Kieran T (talk | contribs) 09:36, 16 May 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Merge
Although the article states that students' association and students' union are only sometimes synonymous, the description in the article makes them completely synonymous. OCNative 07:20, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
- With no objection, the pages are merged one week after the proposal. It turns out the information under the students' association article was already covered by the Scotland section of the students' union article. OCNative 02:05, 21 May 2007 (UTC)
