Sturton le Steeple is a village in Nottinghamshire, England. It is located 6 miles east of Retford. According to the 2001 census it had a population of 497[1]. The parish church of St Peter and St Paul has a 14th century tower with 12 pinnacles. The rest of the church was rebuilt after a fire in 1901-02[2].
