Stuart Michael Thomas (born November 17, 1970 in Los Angeles) is a American music composer, producer and arranger for film and television and a former member of Hans Zimmer's Remote Control Productions (formerly Media Ventures) team.[1] He has been a credited contributor to dozens of films including Michael Clayton, RV, The Lookout and Mad Money as well as TV shows such as Dr. Vegas. [2] [3]
Many of his most recent projects have been as a score co-producer[4] and performer for composer James Newton Howard, a longtime friend and collaborator of Hans Zimmer.[5] Like many of the Remote Control composers, he is represented by The Gorfaine / Schwartz Agency.
He is briefly interviewed in Peter Jackson's King Kong Production Diaries.[6]
