[edit] Disruptive edits

Please refrain from making disruptive edits, as you did to Green Kirby's talk page. It is a bit of a delicate situation at the moment and unhelpful comments such as yours can be construed as vandalism. Please, do not antagonize your fellow editors. Coreycubed 22:26, 13 November 2007 (UTC)

Yeah, don't antagonize me!Green Kirby 01:06, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
Please take the advice of Coreycubed (talk · contribs). Perhaps you should take some time to concentrate on working on articles. Right now it appears the bulk of your contributions are user talkpage edits that are ratcheting up drama levels, which is something we don't really need more of.--Isotope23 talk 15:11, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] In regards to your comments to Sukecchi

You appear to be unaware that the time listed on each signature is UTC. I do not know what timezone you live in, but 2:00 UTC translates to 8:00 PM EST. Please take timezone differences into consideration next time. Green Kirby has broken the rules (repeatedly) and has been blocked no less than three times, not including his sockpuppets. I suggest that you take a look at GreenKirby's edit history next time before spouting off at Sukecchi because you are unaware of the correct time. Also, you appear to be following the same pattern that Green Kirby did; contributing mainly on User Talk pages, and not to articles. I recommend that you focus on working to make Wikipedia better by actually editing articles, and not by commenting negatively to contributors. Thank you. MelicansMatkin (talk) 18:09, 24 November 2007 (UTC) Thanks for the info. Regardless of who, what, when, where, or why who said what, I don't think neither Green Kirby nor Sukecchi should be worrying about each other. Your message alone brings to light an issue I have with this site. Apparantly, you've monitored both Green Kirby and Sukecchi's pages as well as mine, followed the dialouge, and actually took time to comment on my own page. Why would you care? You claim to know what I'm up to on this site and tell me I need to stick to edits, but your own actions suggest you interests lie elsewhere. This is consistant with dialouge I've witnissed since getting involved. The very people taking time to follow other people's contributions, or lack of, seem to spend much more time following percieved drama than those they're critizing. Someone suggested I'm Green Kirby's father: is that the type of contributions administrators are looking for? Who keeps up with that stuff? The advice I gave both Sukecchi and Green Kirby was dead on; perhaps you should read the material and focus less on where it came from or what my history is. That would give you more time to make the all important edits you keep referring to. Have a nice day.Street Cred Fred (talk) 00:19, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

You yourself said to Alison that you are Green Kirby's father, and Green Kirby himself stated it. I have tried to help your son, along with many others, and yet he spurned everybody's advice and suggestions. I'd also like you to know that any issue that involves Sukecchi also involves me. I find it very ironic that you tell me not to focus on talk pages, since you have made only two edits that are not on a talk page. Perhaps you should take a long look at my contributions. I've made over 2000 contributions to this encyclopedia, created several pages, and entirely revamped several others. When I comment on an article's talk page it is on a matter pertaining to the article itself. When I comment on a user's talk page, it is to remark on their contributions, ask for a clarification, in short anything that leads to a contribution on this project. Your "advice" to Sukecchi was not to post at 2:00 in the morning; thats hardly dead on since he does not live in that time zone. I suggest that instead of creating an account for the purpose of involving yourself in the Green Kirby debate, you focus on actually editing the encyclopedia. Again, maybe you should try checking how many worthwhile contributions I've made to this project. A near-complete list in on my user page. Have a nice evening (7:30 pm, my time for the record). [edit] Street Cred Fred

I saw your edits just now to his talk page and I think it's worth you knowing, if you don't already, that this man claims to be GK's father. Given GK's playful response on SCF's talk page about him antagonising GK, it's more than likely true. asyndeton (talk) 18:15, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

Thanks for the information. I did indeed know that Green Kirby had said that street Cred Fred was his father, but I wasn't sure if it was true or not, so I didn't mention it. Thank you for the link and confirmation! MelicansMatkin (talk) 18:18, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

We all appreciate what you do and how hard you work, Asyndeton. Keep up the good work. It's good to know where you're coming from.Street Cred Fred (talk) 00:29, 26 November 2007 (UTC)

You failed to respond to this comment. While I understand Green Kirby struggled, and obviously wasn't ready for this site, I fail to comprehend your stake in this issue. I do not claim to be GK's father, I am his father. I would not trade him for any child in this world. Do you have kids? Still waiting for a responce.Street Cred Fred (talk) 02:48, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

As far as I was concerned, your comment did not warrant any response. I just saw it is a sarcastic jab at me for 'telling on you'. You asked no questions, so I gave no reply.
Green Kirby had a habit of making edits to Tony Almeida that were riddled with POV and OR and when I brought it to his talk page, I noticed he has many issues and I became interested in the whole affair. However, I see no reason why I have to justify myself to you, whether or not you are his father, especially after your victimisation of Sukecchi. asyndeton (talk) 16:59, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

It's amazing how many people use "Sukecchi" and "victim" in the same sentence. Green Kirby has his issues, but he refuses to be a victim, and has a sense of humor. Again, you failed to answer the questions about kids. No problem, I can tell by your thought process that you have no children, and thus have a limited perspective on the world. Get back in your lane, and stay there!Street Cred Fred (talk) 19:29, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

Having a one track mind and refusing to admit that you're wrong are not admirable qualities in a person. No, I don't have kids, but I can see why you would defend your son when he screws up; I do have parents. But jumping into battle and saying that everyone else is in the wrong is not something I think is appropriate for a grown man with a son to do; as you say 'Green Kirby has issues' and your behaviour is only going to make them worse. Green Kirby was simply the victim of his own mistakes, unlike others; are you so prejudiced that you do not think that people should be allowed to publicly state they're gay?
Now your son has been blocked from Wikipedia, despite so many people trying to help him, and everyone wants to move on and forget about the whole saga, so why don't you go back to the way your life was before this fiasco, blissfully ignorant of Wikipedia's ways, and get over it. You clearly aren't here to contribute to the project and simply want to argue with people. Your time would be much better spent with your son. asyndeton (talk) 20:20, 29 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Green Kirby

Fred - please ask young Kirby to stop evading his account block by using IP addresses. I've caught him numerous times already and he's eventually only going to get the range shut down and that would be a pity for all the legitimate users here - Alison 02:02, 27 December 2007 (UTC)
