Other Companies--Aviva Life is developing an offshore assignment company that is expected to be available before the end of the year and will allow its product to be used for structured sales, per company representatives. Liberty Life is currently reviewing whether or not they will offer their "BARCO" product for use in the structured sale arena. 2006 is definitely off the table.

Aviva(US) is still awaiting the the go-ahead from the UK parent company, but company represtatives are still hopeful for a 2006 rollout.
