"Structure follows strategy" is not a verifiable management model created by ProvenModels. It's a term used by Alfred D. Chandler, Jr. in the 1960s to describe management structures, and the phrase is widely attributed to Chandler. --SueHay 02:34, 26 May 2007 (UTC)
