I see I got here a bit late. While the book is notable, and the subject matter is important and very sensitive, there are lots of vague self-help platitudes advanced in this article. While there may be truth to the notion that abuse is "heartbreaking" and "can cut to the core of who you are", and it may have been helpful to have "listened to their own feelings and decided what worked for them and what didn't"(!), these are subjective values which should be quoted and cited for inclusion.--Son of Somebody 01:48, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
