Talk:Strickland Propane

Look, Hank Hill #2 (Leon Petard) does not work at Strickland. Buck Strickland fired him in the episode entitled "Junkie Business" at the end.

Yes, but he did work at Strickland for some time. The text already mentions that he was fired from his job. I've reverted your deletion and changed the section title to "Current and former employees". — EagleOne\Talk 02:58, 21 December 2005 (UTC)

OK. I can deal with that

[edit] Fifth Strickland?

The article states there's a fifth strickland just called Strickland Propane. Is there a source on this? TheHYPO 09:32, 2 July 2006 (UTC)

Strickland Propane's not in Arlen, it's in Arlen Township.

[edit] Vogner vs. Wagner

I'm pretty sure the grill is spelled Wagner, but pronounced "Vogner" as in the German composer, Wagner. The KotH quotes page I found it in was probably fan-written, but the German pronunciation seemed to fit. Hoof Hearted 20:58, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

In episode 6x21 Returning Japanese You can clearly read "Vogner" on Hank's grill. I would suspect it would be spelled Wagner, but Hank would probably pronounce that like an American if it were. I'm changing it back. 24.250.214.83 18:06, 2 March 2007 (UTC)

Well done. Thanks for correcting my mistake. Hoof Hearted 16:09, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] LBJ as a model for Buck Strickland?

Has anyone else noticed similarities between Lyndon B. Johnson and Buck Strickland? The hairline/hairstyle? The accent? (Yes, I know, they are both from Texas. But they had very strong accents.) Both Buck and LBJ would have meetings with their subordinates while taking care of business on the toilet.

[edit] Enrique

I don't doubt that Enrique was voiced by Danny Trejo in the earlier seasons (as this article says)- Enrique had a deep voice, just like Danny's. However, Enrique's voice in the newer episodes is a higher, and a bit more gravely. Anyone know who voices Enrique now?
