[edit] General comment

The list is not definitive but these are the most widely used endings of streets. The new neighborhood of Grafarholt in Reykjavík takes this tradition and absolutely smashes it to pieces, all the other neighborhoods who have grown up in the last decades have followed the tradition mentioned. --Stalfur 17:56, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Assessement

This article was rated too high by its only contributor. I can not tell about how complete this article is, but it certainly lacks any reference. That alone could mean that my assessment as B-Class can be considered by many questionable. More generally, a article can be granted GA status through the external Good article nomination process and A-Class by an assessment procedure in a WikiProject (not available for "WP Iceland"). --Michkalas 18:15, 22 April 2007 (UTC)

The reference for names would be "The Telephone Directory". This article in effect takes known facts and customs and explains for the general public of the world. --Stalfur 11:29, 23 April 2007 (UTC)
