Strumica (Macedonian: Струмица) is a municipality in eastern Republic of Macedonia. Strumica is also the name of the town where the municipal seat is found. Strumica municipality is part of Southeastern statistical region.

The municipality borders Valandovo municipality in the south-west, Konče municipality in the north-west, Vasilevo and Bosilovo municipality in the north, Novo Selo municipality in the east and Greece in the south-east.

According to the last National census from 2002 this municipality has 54,676 inhabitants. ^[1]
