StructureTec Corporation is a consulting firm, specializing in building envelope analysis and remediation, restoration engineering, roof management, Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and weatherproofing of building structures. Founded by Jeffrey L. Brittan, its services include evaluations, infrared thermal imagery surveys, design development, construction documents, bidding assistance, construction review and administration, field quality assurance, maintenance programs, and forensic/dispute resolutions. It services cover the broader spectrum of Facilities engineering and Facility management.
StructureTec was incorporated in the State of Michigan in 1991 to provide professional consulting and technical services to a wide variety of clients. Its staff includes licenced engineers and certified technologists, as well as other professionals. The firm has its corporate headquarters in Kalamazoo, Michigan USA, a Detroit Regional Office in Farmington Hills, Michigan, and a Chicago Regional Office in Westmont, Illinois. It has several technical and professional affiliations, including the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) and the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).
